About ViaggiaNow LTD

ViaggiaNow LTD is a UK-registered travel booking and services company.
We provide customers with travel arrangements including accommodation reservations, flights, transfers and travel packages through a network of contracted and verified suppliers across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

ViaggiaNow sells and manages bookings directly to customers and issues booking confirmations and invoices in its own name. We act as the customer’s primary point of sale and support for all reservations.

We do not operate hotels, airlines or transport services ourselves. Such services are provided by independent third-party suppliers with whom ViaggiaNow maintains commercial agreements. ViaggiaNow purchases and resells travel services as part of its business activity.

All customer payments are made to ViaggiaNow LTD for the travel services purchased. ViaggiaNow subsequently settles supplier costs according to commercial supply agreements.

Nature of Services

ViaggiaNow provides travel booking facilitation, reservation management, customer support and after-sales assistance.
Customers purchase travel arrangements from ViaggiaNow, and ViaggiaNow coordinates delivery of those services through contracted providers.

Suppliers remain responsible for the physical execution of the travel services (such as accommodation stay, flights or transfers), while ViaggiaNow remains responsible for the booking administration, payment handling, and customer service support related to the reservation.

Bookings

By placing a booking, the customer authorizes ViaggiaNow to arrange the selected travel services.
Booking confirmations are issued by ViaggiaNow and are subject to supplier availability at the time of reservation.

Customers must provide accurate traveler information. Incorrect passenger or guest details may result in additional charges or service refusal by the supplier.

Payments

All payments are processed by ViaggiaNow LTD using regulated payment service providers and PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Prices may include supplier service charges and applicable taxes where stated.
Local taxes, resort fees or extras not included in the booking price may be payable directly to the service provider.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the booked rate and supplier rules shown during booking confirmation.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed by ViaggiaNow according to the applicable booking conditions and supplier policies.

Flights

Flight services are provided by licensed airlines. Airline conditions of carriage, baggage rules, schedule changes and passenger rights (including EU Regulation 261/2004 where applicable) are governed by the operating carrier.

Customer Support

ViaggiaNow provides customer support before, during and after travel.
Operational issues occurring during travel should be reported immediately so assistance can be coordinated with the relevant supplier.

Force Majeure

ViaggiaNow shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, airport closures, strikes, war, pandemics or similar events.

Privacy & Data Protection

ViaggiaNow processes customer data solely for booking management, support services and legal compliance in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR regulations.
Customer data is shared only with suppliers necessary to deliver the booked travel services.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Consumer protection rights under applicable EU and Italian regulations remain unaffected where legally required.
