ViaggiaNow LTD – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Company Status
ViaggiaNow LTD is a UK-registered travel company acting solely as an independent intermediary (Online Travel Agency – OTA).
We connect customers with third-party travel service providers including hotels, resorts, airlines, transfer companies, and tour operators.
ViaggiaNow LTD does not own, manage, control, or operate any accommodation, transportation, or activity service listed on the website.
The travel contract is concluded directly between the customer and the service provider (hotel, airline, or supplier). ViaggiaNow only facilitates the reservation and payment processing.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
• Full or partial payment is successfully received
• A written confirmation email is sent to the customer
If payment fails or is flagged by the payment processor, the reservation may be cancelled automatically.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the website are final at the time of booking unless an obvious technical error occurs.
Prices may be shown in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on the customer’s location and payment method.
Currency conversion may be applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
4. Payments
Payments are securely processed through certified payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
ViaggiaNow LTD acts as a payment intermediary collecting funds on behalf of the travel supplier.
We are not a financial institution and do not provide banking services.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rules depend on the specific hotel or supplier and are clearly shown before booking.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded
• Flexible bookings may be cancelled according to the supplier’s deadline

6. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are issued only after the supplier approves the cancellation.
Processing times:
• Supplier processing: 3–14 business days
• Bank processing: 5–10 business days
ViaggiaNow cannot accelerate bank refund times.
Service fees or transaction fees may be non-refundable.
7. Changes & No-Show
Changes (dates, names, room type) depend entirely on the supplier’s policy.
Failure to arrive at the accommodation (No-Show) is treated as a cancellation and may be fully non-refundable.
8. Travel Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Passport validity
• Entry visa requirements
• Health and travel insurance
ViaggiaNow is not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusal, or government restrictions.
9. Supplier Responsibility
All accommodation quality, services, facilities, and descriptions are provided by the supplier.
ViaggiaNow is not liable for:
• Overbooking
• Service quality issues
• Hotel operational problems
However, we will assist customers in communication and resolution.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with a bank, the customer must contact ViaggiaNow support.
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
• Permanent account blocking
• Cancellation of current reservations
• Legal recovery of damages and administrative costs
11. Limitation of Liability
ViaggiaNow LTD’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.
We are not liable for indirect losses including missed flights, lost holidays, or business interruption.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
